    My mission is to help heal the human spirit.

    My journey to recovery was marked by deep-rooted shame, guilt, and self-worth issues stemming from decades of addiction and a lost spiritual connection. Early in life, I turned to drugs and unhealthy coping mechanisms to escape my pain. Through a combination of breathwork, spirituality, and personal growth, I was able to overcome my addiction and find purpose in life. Today, I am grateful for my journey and am passionate about helping others on their own paths to healing.
